Details: Healthy Solutions Class: A one hour nutrition focused class that covers carbohydrate counting, dining out, and portion sizes.
How Smart Is Your Cart? : A grocery store tour that teaches label reading, carbohydrate counting, and how to choose quick and easy healthy foods.

Location: Annie Penn Hospital, Reidsville, NC
Details: The same class is taught twice a week. Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 10 to 11 am and Thursdays from 3 to 4 pm. Class covers carbohydrate counting, label reading, blood glucose monitoring, and preventing diabetes complications.

Details: Provides individualized Diabetes Self-mananagement training in nutrition, blood glucose monitoring, medication review and exercise.
